RETURNS

EXCHANGE POLICY

We will happily exchange any full-priced item given that:

    • the item is saleable and in its original condition
    • the item is returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
    • the item has NOT been washed, dry-cleaned, worn, altered or damaged
    • you have notified us via email (returns@mndatory.com) within 7 days of receiving the item
    • the exchange has been authorised by us before the item is returned
    • the item is returned to us within 14 days of receiving the item
    • a copy of the original invoice is provided as proof of purchase

Returned items that meet this criteria may be exchanged for any item of equal or lesser value, subject to its availability.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on goods purchased as sale/discounted items.

REFUND POLICY

We will happily provide a refund on any full-priced item given that:

    • the item is faulty, unless caused by you
    • the item received is different to the one that was ordered
    • the item is saleable and in its original condition
    • the item is returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached
    • the item has NOT been washed, dry-cleaned, worn, altered or damaged
    • you have notified us via email (returns@mndatory.com) within 7 days of receiving the item
    • the refund has been authorised by us before the item is returned
    • the item is returned to us within 14 days of receiving the item
    • a copy of the original invoice is provided as proof of purchase

Returned items that meet this criteria are eligible for a refund which will be issued back to the original method of payment.  Original shipping fees are non refundable.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on goods purchased as sale/discounted items, unless faulty.

FAULTY ITEMS

For all faulty items, please contact (returns@mndatory.com) and include your:

    • Name
    • Invoice number
    • Description of fault - including photos where possible

Once the return has been authorised by us, the garment will undergo a quality review so that your claim can be assessed.  Any returns received that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of MNDATORY.

HOW TO EXCHANGE OR REFUND

Email (returns@mndatory.com) within 7 days of receiving your order and include your:

    • Name
    • Invoice number
    • Name of item you wish to return
    • Reason for exchange or refund

Once your exchange or refund has been authorised, we will provide you with return delivery instructions.

MNDATORY encourages all returns to be shipped via services that provide a tracking number/insurance as we are not liable for delayed or lost packages.
 
All shipping costs relating to exchanges or refunds are the responsibility of the customer.

All sale purchases are considered final and cannot be exchanged or returned for any reason, unless faulty.  Please choose carefully when purchasing discounted products.

Merchandise showing any sign of use will not be accepted by MNDATORY and will be sent back to the customer.
